Smooth, very light subtle licorice nose/taste

Not bad. Clean, crisp, simple. Dark. Might try again.

Smells like licorice. Tastes like licorice. Pretty good

Pours black with a tan head. Smells of black tea, wet leaves ad a little smoke. Taste is very similar. Slight bitterness on the finish. Not well balanced and a little watery. Bottle says "amplified sweetness" and "liquorice". I detected neither. Goose Island makes Bourbon County, one of the best stouts on the planet, why are they wasting time making this.

Very good. Not too heavy. It says they use Brewers licorice but I don't taste it ( good)

Licorice on nose. Medium bodied. Nice stout. Reminds me of bells Kalamazoo

Lighter cinnamon tasting (Bier Station)

Pours dark but you can easily see through it. Pretty light bodied for 9%. Coffee & mocha flavors up front, a bit bitter, and an interesting licorice flavor at the end.
