A very interesting brew. This Ale combines flavors of chamomile, Grains of Paradise, and Cardamom (Asian seed from the ginger family) to produce a fruity brew with a subtly spicy finish. Not a brew I would drink often but have to give it a decent rating based on the successful experimentation of a variety of ingredients. Well balanced with a light cripiness.

I would get this again. When I saw cardamom and chamomile on the label I was suspicious (another crazy experiment). But I was pleasantly surprised--it was really tasty and almost light for a spiced up Belgian style.

Definitely spicy almost a pumpkin flavor exceptionally good.

Not sure about this brew. As you approach the glass it has a floral scent (?), and then the flavor is actually rather light with very minuet traces of spice, its confusing, and I LOVE spiced brews. I'm afraid all I can say is try it and decide for yourself

Pint draft. Cloudy, dark amber color with copper highlights and a short, quickly dissipating, off-white head. Disappointing nose. I can't get much of anything. Perhaps a trace of banana and nutmeg and, maybe, the advertised chamomile. The taste has some fast-fading malty sweetness up front - burnt caramel - followed by hoppy citrus and herbal notes. Medium, silky mouthfeel with a rather dry, somewhat bitter, espresso-like aftertaste.
