Very nearly 5 stars! With a oak and vanilla-forward bourbon-nose smoothed out by roasty chocolatey malt, this beer tastes similarly complex with a depth of sweetness from vanilla and milk chocolate notes that are dried out by the bourbon-warmth that follows. A slight bit boozy and a slight bit sweet, but excellent for what it is! Grade: A

Strong, pours with almost no head, drinks clean, and has very little stout flavor. Also not much aftertaste

Very strong beer, high gravity, with vanilla tones

Too much of a whiskey taste. Ass kicker for sure. Three stars, only cause I can't get over the whiskey flavor but this is one hell of a beer.
