Very thick beer, not terribly different from regular unearthly (not very noticeable oak undertones). Bitter, syrupy, and highly alcoholic wouldnt drink more than one a night. Still southern tier continues to make an impressive lineup of ipa's and this one leads the way

No hoppiness really at all, but not necessarily a bad thing. Great finish thanks to the oak. Aftertaste feels a little uncomfortable but very good flavor upfront makes it well worth it. Definitely a next-level beer.
