bockboy@att.net - February 8, 2020B+. Dried plum and cherry flavor with a bit of tart and dark malt balancing everything.
weberlee3@gmail.com - July 4, 2019On tap at The Bier Garden in Asheville. Very smooth taste with dark fruits and little bit of cherry. And the Brandy barrel taste is just right. One of the few Sierra Nevada offerings that stand out as better than average.
awestlund02 - January 24, 2014Nice cherry aroma opens up as beer gets to desired temperature, approximately 55', barrel conditioning actually seems to cut fruit flavors short. All in all an enjoyable beer, just not a great quad. 3-1/2 stars.
