Ern Dog - July 28, 2013An exceptional German Pilsner, and as the bottle states... This brew is extra dry. Not a fan of dry beer, but this has a refreshing clean bite in the palate with a good balance of bitterness aftertaste. Cheers from sunny Southern California, USA! 7/28/13
TheClosetBrewer - February 3, 2013Pretty hay color , little yeast in the nose with a light hoppy character, grassy/wild flower . Frothy head. Very mellow carb, I get a little malt character in front but the hops come in right after and dominate. Leaves a biscuity , bread like aftertaste.
