Pours a medium orange honey. Maintains a 1-2 finger head. Some sweetness on the nose. An odd bitter taste. Bitterness lingers in the aftertaste as well. Not for me.

Amazing simcoe nose. This means piney! Which is my favorite! Jesus this is amazing, one of the best smelling local ipa's I know besides heady topper and Maine beer company lunch ipa. Amazing big hoppy taste hides the high abv. Perfect for a beefy session ipa. I could drink this forever.
