Definitely a good beer and probably my favorite from flying dog, but not really remarkable. Stouts are pretty boring in general but certainly enjoyable.

One of my favorite stouts. Velvety smooth, very little bitterness and a rich mouthfeel.

For a stout it wasn't too bad, slight maltiness. Did not get any oyster characteristics.

An exceptional American Stout, with an adequate body and flavor. Equally as tasteful as a Guinness brew. Cheers from sunny Southern California USA! 12/28/13

Has the dark colour and head characteristic of stout porters. Same with the nose - roasted, caramelly, toffee-like malts. Minor, floral hops. Surprisingly bright flavour with a medium light body. More assertive hops with a tangy bitterness in the medium finish. No fishiness to speak of, but the oysters may contribute to the bright flavour.

If I wouldn't have known it was brewed with oysters I wouldn't have guessed. Ok stout, very malty up front. Smooth with a slightly salty aftertaste. An average brew but I won't go for it again anytime soon.
