Caramel brown with a light tan head. Mildly sweet and herbal aroma. Mild spruce flavor up front. Mellows and the molasses flavors take over. Almost a root beer type finish. Very interesting and well balanced. Bottle

With just the perfect amount of spice to male it an extremely drinkable beer, this is one of my new favorites. Yards never fails to impress!

Tasty but not as good as Thomas Jefferson's. Little less flavor. Had it on draft at pjs and had the same thoughts.
