dkrenik - June 16, 2015Brilliantly clear Amber brown with modest head. Subtle malt and dark skinned fruit aromas. Medium-full bodied with abundant chocolate malt. That's about it.
codehead - April 18, 2015Bought a bottle at the brewery in Bloomington. Very nicely done quad - dark honey color, spice forward that finishes with a honey sweetness. A definite bourbon booziness that suggests barrel aging, but the bottle does not indicate this.
dkrenik - April 14, 2015Brilliant chestnut brown with cream-colored, foamy head that dissipates moderately quickly. Notes of caramel and plums and malt on the nose. Medium-full bodied with good carbonation, toasted malt dominates the palate.
Pretty good and not sure the price is warranted.
