jimortiz - March 7, 2015Foamy lingering head. Orangy light brown color. Citrus smell. Orange and rye taste. Light carbonation with medium body.

Pours a hazy copper with a little over a full finger of white head. Aroma is fantastic! Rye is strong with the piney hops. Initially it's very smooth and sweet. The rye does have a bite at the end--as the brewer describes--but I think it really blends nicely with the hop sweetness and a slight hint of bitterness towards the end. The finish is quite sweet with the rye bite as well. It has a light-to-medium mouthfeel, with an almost dry finish. Quite complex. Delicious.
