This is one of perhaps two or three premiere double box. They define the style. It's a meal in a bottle. Rich multi, toasty, Brady notes. Slight warming alcohol flavor and enjoyable slow drink

Clear Dark red color. No head. Earthy flavor. Mild heaviness

Great double bock, more on the bread side then chocolate. Dark and rich with out being to heavy. Just enough sweetness to form a nice balance to the malt. Way to easy to drink for an 8% 😈

Excellent malty taste with clean sweet finish.

Bold flavor, a little smokey and bitter. Not bad, but I'd pass if there is something else available.

This is the original Dopplebock. Taste is not smooth but is of barley and is bitter. Not biter of excessive hops so it is drinkable.
