Dr Why - January 15, 2015Brownish-red ale with overly malted spice flavor. The ginger over powers the orange and cinnamon and leaves a bit of an aftertaste in the mouth making it a poor match for dining. Not one that I'll ever drink again.

jgraves - January 10, 2015I don't like spiced beers so this probably isn't fair, but I HATE this beer. Way too much flavoring for my tastes.

kell5232 - December 26, 2014I taste a little bit of spices but cinnamon in particular. Definitely a nice winter warmer.

robert.zovko@yahoo.com - December 7, 2014Good head off pour. Little spicy but not too much. Had in sampler pack and enjoyed but would not buy on its own. Prefer to regular Sam adams. Dark color.

Losse - December 6, 2014Almost like a nice shandy, but heavier. Very nice, solid Sam Adams beer. Mild ginger taste, but overall tastes like a Sam Adams with some holiday love.

Dallashops - December 1, 2014Great brown ale. Reminds me of the ones in my first batch of race it's a Loquitur

brainstew - November 25, 2014Spice are pretty evident immediately but dissipate quickly. Mouthfeel is pretty thin however. Overall a solid and drinkable Christmas time ale.

zerocool - November 23, 2014Not bad. Full flavor, filling beer. Not quite a porter but has a similar taste.
