Chocolate beer? Who da thunk? Pretty good if you like chocolate.

Great, deep chocolate aroma. Strong, lasting head. Good sweetness. Not an artificial taste at all. Smooth, almost creamy. A little bitter for a stout, but compliments the chocolate well. Actually, it's difficult to discern between if he taste is overly sweet or bordering on bitter. But it's very light. Overall, great beer. Best chocolate beer I've had.

Wow... Most chocolate flavor in a beer I've personally ever had. Very chocolate aroma upon opening. First drink exploded with a sweet chocolate flavor, while not taking on too think of a consistency. Nice kind of earthy after taste and as it keeps going you get a nice sweet carry out In the nasally sense. My first venture into the world of Samuel Smith and I believe I'll try another flavor. Very satisfied. Just what I wanted on this cold day

Smells like a chocolate cake with light coffee hints. Tastes that way too. A bitter lingering aftertaste. Fairly light body. Good but only for an occasional treat.
