jaywill1323 - January 31, 2013Slight head quickly dissipates leaving a lemony citrus aroma. Smooth and bubbly without the yeasty earthy Saison taste. The ginger and citrus (lemon & orange peel) give this beer a subtle citrus bite without being overpowering. Very light given that it is an imperial. All around a tasty Saison (which I usually do not like)
witchal - June 7, 2012Pours light copper with little head. Spicy aroma with malt and lemon grass, malt flavor quickly gives way to a flat, non spicy ginger and honey. Faint lemon residue on the lips. Not well balanced.
