11% abv which you can taste a little bit of the alcohol but not enough to ruin the beer. A lot of coffee flavor. This beer is made with a Belgian yeast yet there is no hint if the typical Belgian yeast flavor.

This is a big beer. Big bottle, big head, big coffee, big buzz. Pours black with a big brown head. Dark roasted coffee aroma. Huge coffee flavor, some chocolate, more coffee, molasses, more coffee, a bit of soy sauce, more coffee and coffee. (This really has a lot of coffee flavor.) Chocolate flavor stands out more as it warms, but so does the alcohol. Feels thick, lush and slightly creamy. Awesome label. Nice beer.

11% abv by the way.. Fix that shit.. Thick , really heavy on the dark chocolate but the anise and alcohol burns to finish ...mediocre russian imperial .
