Draft, beveled pint
Darker than I imagined. Bitter ale. Grapefruit on the nose, with mild earthy/grassy hops. Definitely some malt on the nose and in the flavor. It's not a lot, but distinctive and almost bready. Ithera get line and grapefruit, but I don't think it's distinctively pine. Light bodied, medium-to-high carbonation, dry finish. There's a mild-medium bitterness which I wish blended rather than cut the flavor.

I've never really liked IPAs, but I think I'm starting to. This one is a great start.

Disagree with a lot of the reviews.
I feel this is an excellent well balanced IPA.

11.14.2012. Bottle. Honolulu, Hawaii. A rich Orange Citrus intro, Medium hoppy with mild lingering bitterness finish. Pours caramel red with medium head.
