Another great dark beer from Smuttynose. This beer has a lot of smoke up front with delicious chocolate flavor. Love it.

One of the best!!! Chocolate, malt, coffee, smoky sweet with hops at the end. Excellent taste. More like a stout.

More like a stout-very rich flavor profile (chocolate, coffee) and a rich mouthfeel.

Roasted malt flavor

Great fucking beer.. Best Baltic Porter I've had thus far... Smooth, roasted barley, hints of chocolate, slight fruit undertones, hard to believe it's 9%...4.5 stars ... Smuttynose impresses once again..

2015 version, 9.0%....one of the best Baltic porters I have ever had, so smooth and drinkable for the high abv...

Very smooth, a little boozy, hint of coffee, very good for what it is, just not my type of porter

Pours like motor oil. Smell: raisiny, boozy, perhaps some vanilla. Taste: starts smooth, rich chocolate, slight coffee. Loses the raisin notes. Finishes really light for such a high ABV beer. Enjoyable, but not a heavy hitter.

Good, but tastes like many big IRS's even though they call it a Baltic Porter. Definitely buy it and try it if you have access, you won't be disappointed, but it does have many equals.
