No carbonation. Incredibly unique. Kind of like the Balthazar but not as spicy

Sour barleywine with a weird metallic bite on the finish, not great

Tea colored body w/ minimal carbonation & no head. Funky & tart nose w/ sour tastes overshadowing its boozy oak notes. Falls short of expectations. Unusually funky for a barleywine.

Fabulous blended Barleywine style ale. Medium bodied. Sweet floral nose. Dry tart pallet. 2011 limited edition bottle states "ages well". I have no doubt and will be picking up several.
