sjohnny - October 5, 2012Yeast and honey aroma. Pours a dark cloudy amber - like fresh raw unfiltered honey. Thick off white to tan head that dissipates slowly. Full bodied, thick mouth feel that I have come to expect and enjoy from good quads. Grape or sweet white wine flavor. Pleasant alcohol presence. Slight bitterness at the finish. Very smooth. Overall an excellent beer.
