This is a great tasting smooth beer. Lots of carbonation so must be a slow pour. But full of flavor. Careful, the kick is hidden in the bubbles

Served in tulip glass; tiny head; dry hoppy nose but subtle; a subtler saison taste than most; there is an interesting white wine/champagne flavor profile, an overall milder version of saison. Very good.

Dry, golden, hoppy but not as much as an ipa, slightly sweet, lots of subtle flavors, slightly tart/tangy finish, very subtle alcohol warmth.

Pours well with a large frothy head. A little darker than the other farmhouse styles we were tasting. Honey in color. Couldn't pick up anything distinct on the nose or taste besides the malts.

slight grape or fruit aroma, balanced sweetness, a little apple-y but malty/raisiny too, pretty good, slightly tart, enjoyable
