Exactly what I want in a sour. If anything, too fruity. But not to fruity to love.

Sour flavor, cherries on the back end of the palate. Smell is of spoiled fruit but part of the style. Amazing

Pours a gorgeous clear red with a nice frothy white head of fair retention and receding-clingy lace. Aroma is of wine and tart vinegar with a bit of oak and fruit, especially sour apple juice. Taste is complex and evolves from a sour-sweet cherry to a tingly acetic-vinegar lactic sourness before a combination Brett funk and wine dryness with a lingering tartness. Medium body with a solid balance of tingly carbonation and a fairly substantial body. Just a perfect sour!

Tart cherry and strawberry sweetness hit the tip of your tongue and cuts into a crisp dry finish. This sour's so strange and intoxicating you petition for another sip...and another. (Bottle at Darkness Day '12)
