Nice smooth medium hoppy back not to much. Only some grapefruit back.

Bright with a bit of bite. Like a very mild IPA. Had it with a pulled pork BBQ sandwich and it was great.

Hoppy, floral, don't taste the potency; carbonated

Nice mild IPA. If you're a wheat beer fan looking for a lower ibu IPA, this is your beer. Full wheat beer taste with nice floral nose and hoppy mouth

Nicely hoppy but not over powering, very balanced considering the high alcohol content.

Pours a hazy straw from the bottle into an oversized wine glass. Really tight, white, 2.5-finger head with intense, champagne-like carbonation. Head stays at a one-finger thickness. Beautiful lacing. Smell: bubblegum and earth. Taste: floral lemon and orange notes buttressed by bubblegummy yeast notes up front, nice clean malt in the middle, and a zip of bitterness and bubblegum yeasty overtones on the finish. The aftertaste has a bubblegummy-mint effect, similar to how mint gum sticks with you even after you spat it out 10 minutes ago. I like that. Overall: wow! Incredibly complex yet easy-drinking saison. I'm amazed that this is 8.5% ABV because I don't taste ANY of that alcohol. A wonderful representation of how American hops can play off of characterful Belgian yeast!
