This is my new all time favorite bottled beer. I'm ready to fly to Belgium to get it on tap. I'm not good on describing tastes, but I can say I was very surprised and pleased with the balance of flavors. Go find one and drink it. You won't regret it.

A strong beer. Strong kick of flavor and then nothing. Really enjoyed and looking forward to more from Trappist

Good flavor, but overpowering alcohol content. Like a bottle of wine, I would let this beer breathe a bit before consuming.
