On tap in SD. Full-bodied DIPA with bitter hops, but a touch of malt. Balanced finish, all told. A strong sipper. I like it.

Dark golden color. Nothing in the nose. Nice hoppy flavor with something sweet on the back of the tongue to finish.

Rounded hops and bitterness.

Nice tasting. Bitter on the front but finished smooth. Just enough heat from the ABV. Rich color. Enjoyable but not wow. On tap at Del Fuego. Would have again.

Hoppy but balanced with malt, the bright citrus taste leaves nothing to be desired. Top notch!

Fantastic almost as good as Lagunitas

Good IPA. Doesn't feel like the ABV is as high as it states. Would buy it again, but is not in my too 10 IPA's. Well balanced and smooth tasting, but is a bit too "vanilla".

My first beer from Ninkasi besides the collaboration beer done with Sierra Nevada for beer camp as we can't get it in NJ, brought back from CO.
Dark clear golden pour with a frothy white head the quickly dissipated leaving beautiful curtain like lacing down the glass. Has a piney floral aroma combined with sweet malty notes. Medium to full body with a silky slightly syrupy mouthfeel. At 100 IBU I was surprised this was not a hop bomb; rather it is unique in the perfect balance of malt and hops working together to create a pleasantly complex DIPA. The malty sweetness that gives it the full body comes to the forward but is then balanced by layers of piney floral hops, ending with a long dry bitter finish. Very tasty, complex and enjoyable 8% double IPA that is not just full on hops. Would definitely have again!
