Malty sweet. Smooth nice finish. Hopefully the flavor will open up more as it warms a little.

It has a good flavor and a mild body. I'm use to a much bigger scotch ale. This might be for someone that is not use to higher ABV

A scotch ale...good flavor. Enjoyed it with a peppery prime rib.
