Dark brown, moderate carbonation. Slight clove smell with ester. Good mouth feel with a nice banana finish. Overall a very enjoyable beer and will drink again.

Banana, cloves, solid small carbonation and fully silky mouth feel. All that I couldve wanted. Everything is well balanced and deliscious

Good and smooth, funny type of smell when first open, but light and smooth.

Pours a nice thick frothy white head with a decent lace. At a gold to amber colour, the dunkel descriptor seems an ill-fit. Respectably cloudy with a decent carbonation stream of thin bubbles. Quite aromatic with a combined yeast/wheat primacy dominated by bananas and cloves. The flavour begins with a honey and bread thematic, though continues through to a fermented fruit and spice-laden finish that dries things out well making for a fine balance. Medium-bodied with a substantial amount of carbonation that is quite prickly in the mouth and refreshing. A good example of the Hefeweizen style, but I am not certain it fits the Hefeweizen Dunkel characteristics as well as some. Would have it again though (and comment at the time, rather than from memory).

Great head.has nice dark color and noted of slight citrus with a darker tone as well as chocolate notes. Not bitter and has a sweetness to it. Also really good finish an aftertaste. Not really heavy either.
