Nutty

A: Dark brown with a burgundy/burnt orange hint. Not a lot of head S: Mild hoppy smell but not a whole lot of nose at all T: Quite delicious. Simple, with a good hop bite, which is interesting with such a brown color. Also a sweet malt presence that balances out the beer really well. A quick gulp reveals a good alcohol presence too M: Very prickly feel that sticks around a while. Lingered for a long time actually. O: This is a great winter session beer. Warming and easy/tasty to drink. Not crazy complex, but good.

Rich chocolate color with an off white-head. Aroma of milk chocolate behind major malt overtone. Flavor matches, sweet cocoa and buttered toast with light hop and nutmeg aftertaste. Nothing special or unique, sadly. Smooth and very drinkable, if that's a plus!
