This is a sweet malty beer and has a good Carmel flavor.

Dark, quad, fruity sweet, high alcohol. Not that balanced but delicious and a full mouthfeel of flavor

Who said olive? It's called chocolate. And if you think this is sour, you need to suck a crab apple. That all sounds pretty angry, which I'm not. But that dude in that movie Network, he was totally pissed off. I don't think he'd had this beer though, cause if he did he'd be way more mellow.

A hint of green olive

Sweet up front, very fizzy with slight sourness at the back of the throat. Visually and aromatically appealing. Finish is slightly off, as if it was distasteful. Overall: enjoyable.

A great Trappist for only a fraction of the cost as most decent ones.
