Clear amber color, not much of a head that dissipated quickly. Sweet smell. Spicy taste with a definite alcohol flavor at end with warmth. Didn't like it too well.

My favorite beer. A delicious Belgian Ale. Slight citrus notes. Crisp and refreshing, especially for a strong ale.

Malty and anise smell in the goblet and the taste is sweet with a malty and then refreshing anise finish.

Not my ideal beer. Very spiced in flavor for a light colored Belgian. It is very popular but just not for me. A strong alcohol content and high price as well.
