Strong heavy malt taste

Bourbon nose, little to no head. A bourbon barrel aged blithering idiot. Similar in taste, only better with the aging. Smoky bourbon with sweet raisin. Damn.

Cloudy nut brown with light foamy head. Modest boozy aromas of raisins and oak. Medium full bodied with abundant carbonation. Flavors of plums, raisins, and malt. Pretty cool brew. I'm developing a fondness for this brewery.

A bit sweet. Though much improved with a little warmth. Great oaky and bourbon notes. As noted by another, this beer is all about hitting that perfect temp where it becomes amazing.

Very smooth and really shines when it gets to the magic temp.
