Great rich malty flavor, one of the better double ipas you'll ever have

Nice example of a Colorado IPA. Hoppy with the typical grapefruit that comes with the style, but balanced more than, say, a California IPA. Had at matchbox on 18 Aug 13.

Perfect? Pretty close. Hoppy and sweet, big alcohol boost. If you can get it on tap, sit down and enjoy! And get a desi driver

Very nice lacing. Smell of pineapple with a pine/tar aroma in the back. Very nice malty booze taste up front. Then finishes with a sweet citrusy grapefruit taste in the back.

reminds me of DFH 90 minute, with boozy alcohol burn and hints of fruit mango, not as much grapefruit and pine as i like

This stuff kicked my ass. I love big IPAs and I could not get through a glass of this. Massive, oppressively boozy. If you are up for a battle check it out.
