Disappointed. One of the actual Trappist beers. Tastes bitter with a metallic (iron) taste. Too much carbonation. Surprised, wouldn't get again

Somewhat more bitter than most trappists I have tried, definitely more hops and citrus flavor

Aroma: well balanced yeastiness and hops Taste: yeast, bread, moderate hoppy aftertaste. Some citrus and mild pine notes Carbonation: moderate (quite a bit more than other Trappiste beers)

Aroma Sweet, sour notes, white wine smell. Taste Super dry, very blan finish, not a lot of flavor. Sour white grapes
