E. - April 21, 2013A classic. It's like a Belgian pale and a wild ale/Brett-forward beer had a baby. One I bought was about a year old. Light funkiness and slight fruitiness with a Belgian pale backing. The grandfather of Brett beers
otacsret - April 19, 2013Deep brown color. Nutty aroma. Rich nutty, chocolate flavor upfront. Mild bitterness at the back. Overall a very good, very enjoyable beer. I will have more of this.

nwolkenh - March 20, 2013Lighter, subdued flavors. Not as complex as a Westvleteren XII or St. B. you can really taste the alcohol even though it is only 6.9. Bitter and more hoppy than expected. Not really comparable to a quad. Very good Belgian pale ale.
