mdpmclean - March 27, 2012This was a great brew. Pours black with a very dark head. Smell is rich and malty with lots of ether notes. Flavour has strong malt presence with a delicious bourbon-like note. Finishes with some hints of roasted chocolate. Full-bodied beer that really coats the tongue. Overall, I was very happy with this Dogfish head offering.
