A great and complex combination of flavors. Roasty, malty, and hoppy, with coffee on the aftertaste. And the mouthfeel has a nice firm grip, with good carbonation and a pleasing metallic attack. A well-crafted black IPA!

Full-bodied, touch of sweetness balanced by a good dose of hops and roasted malt. Drinks like a good stout, but with a little more hop bitterness.

Great citrus, grassy hop aroma. Smooth creamy start, leads into a hop rush, lingering roasty hop finish goes on forever, which is definitely not a bad thing with this beer. Best black ipa I've had yet

I guess I'm just a plain ipa guy. Didn't care for the smoked flavor.
