Strong malt and whiskey taste, but refreshing. Really nice bourbon aftertaste, buttery. Very drinkable beer. Enjoyable as cunt.

Complex layers of flavor added by the six-week bourbon barreling process. A good sipping beer not for heavy drinking!

Pretty sure this is a different blend than when it first launched. Had a version a few years ago that was 12%+ and thick. This one is very smooth compared to the black label from a few years ago and a major improvement.
