Simply a good beer not the best but brings back memories of other good beers. Nice after taste.

Not much of a head. A rosy copper color. Fruit and hops on the nose. Tastes great with a balance of sweet and bitter. The bitterness lingers a little longer than I like, but a great showing by Lagunitas on this DIPA. I may upgrade to 4 stars after I try it again.

Initial nose is pear, peach, and apple. Sweeter than expected with some strong agave, pear, and burnt sugar cane on the palate. Nice even hops and bitterness with a hint of lemon on the finish.

Heavy flowery hop nose
Amber copper color
Light cream head
Rich top of mouth hop bitterness
Long aftertaste
Med maltiness
Med body
