Borderking - July 9, 2014Arrogant Bastard, but smoother, more refined, better. It's not that any oak flavors really take over or are even that noticeable...It's just that the beer as a whole is more polished, the edges aren't as rough, so the deliciously strong malt flavor can penetrate more easily without being too aggressive or overly bitter. It's a wonderful improvement to an already great beer!

grb040 - June 20, 2014Not too hoppy, sweet smell, a little chocolate taste in the beginning, slight bitter aftertaste, good head.

rsd - June 7, 20146/6/14. 12/5/15 Shoprite Wharton. Little too bitter/sour. Not what I thought it would be

kiersten - April 28, 2014Strong bitter taste. Bold, big malty flavors. Grapefruity hops, fruity aromas. Mostly bitter taste

bears1985 - March 1, 2014Great amber color nice bite as it hits your tong. Not too bitter very slight malty taste in the back ground.

Higgsyboy - February 25, 2014Bold scent hits you even before the big bold taste. Certainly hoppy, but with a nice balance of malts, adding a slight touch of sweetness. The oaked chips give it a nice kick. Great beer to finish a few rounds on.
