jscavuzzo - August 1, 2012In a league with hazlenut and kbba. Stiff with a surprisingly clean finish

matthews2k4 - August 1, 2012Wow! This beer is delicious. Not a beer to chug at a picnic, but is a beer you can sip on by the fireplace, or in front of a campfire on a cool, October night. You can smell the fruity aromas and taste the 12% alcohol. Add molasses and smoky textures and you have one hell of a beer. Not for everyone!

mrkis - July 31, 2012Thick, and tastes like a bourbon shot. Whew...it shakes your head to drink a big gulp.

Imperial Good - July 29, 2012Still my favorite, hints of vanilla and a woody tasty. Alcohol is noticeable smooth mouthfeel

zavrox - July 10, 2012Dark like a porter. Nose is roasty toasty and earthy. Taste is at first very bitter then complex as it coats your tongue. Wood, old, organic, malty, coffee. It is aged in palo santo barrels which gives it a unique taste different from any other cask aged beverage that I have had. Strong and thick. Not good when it is hot out.
