Copperish amber with frothy head. Strong hop aromas followed by citrusy notes. Big on the palate and well balanced between hops and malt. I REALLY like this one

Brewed for the express purpose of enjoying with a steak - what's not to like???

The bottle exclaims, "Lush & enjoyable now," and it is enjoyable. I am not sure about the lush aspect but if smooth and lush are the same thing than, yup, it's lush. The oak-aged Imperial IPA definitely hints of oak and adds nicely to the flavor. The oak hides the high ABV of 10% so be sure to sip as you enjoy this. Still, I prefer the 90 Minute IPA over this but it's still a lush and enjoyable beer.

4/10/13. This is an ipa with stout taste. Good and strong. Seem to wake with headache.

Surprisingly very smooth, not very bitter and doesn't taste much like an IPA but maybe more like a barley wine or bourbon ale.

This beer is fantastic. Strong but extremely palatable. Most beers with a 10% ABV can be over powering, but not this one. Great!!!

WOW! This is an awesome oak aged imperial ipa. The oak flavor is nice but not overpowering. The hops are present, but has a very smooth finish.
