Bold with great complexity of fruits and woody flavors. Very stout alcohol taste. Good for a cool day and a brisk breeze.

Taste not bad, but way overpowered by alcohol. Bottle, August 2012. Tasted again in Aug 2014, liked much better, really deep rich beer.

In a league with hazlenut and kbba. Stiff with a surprisingly clean finish

Wow! This beer is delicious. Not a beer to chug at a picnic, but is a beer you can sip on by the fireplace, or in front of a campfire on a cool, October night. You can smell the fruity aromas and taste the 12% alcohol. Add molasses and smoky textures and you have one hell of a beer. Not for everyone!

Thick, and tastes like a bourbon shot. Whew...it shakes your head to drink a big gulp.
